Who would be coaching me?

Joe Pittenger is the founder of Fortified Careers. He also serves as the Director of Career Development for TCP, a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. He hold's multiple coaching certifications, including a certificate in career coaching.

What are coaching sessions like?

Sessions are generally 50 minutes each at a pace of one session per week, however multiple sessions per week can be utilized. Most sessions are held virtually, but if you are in the Toledo, OH area we can connect in person.

Each session starts with a catch-up of your progress. Then, we dive into the programs next steps, however, if we need to go down a rabbit trail or two, we have flexibility to do so. If we need to spend more or less time on an area, we can. My (Joe) goal is that you experience results every session as it is important that you feel good about consistently taking steps in the right direction.

What are the results of people you have worked with?

Before starting Fortified Careers Career Coaching program all participants are surveyed in the 5 main areas listed below. Then, after completing the program they are surveyed in the same five areas in order to track program effectiveness. Below are the results.

What is the cost?

Pay What You Want: 1-on-1 career coaching sessions are whatever price you want. After each session, pay what you think it was worth, or what you can.
